1. Program Overview

By subscribing or opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from SAVConnect or its partners for business communications, notifications, alerts, or services you have requested.

2. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are responsible for those charges.

3. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You may stop messages at any time by replying STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

4. Help / Support

To request assistance, reply HELP or contact support@savconnect.com or call 732-584-7100. Opting out requires explicit STOP keyword — emailing us does not stop SMS messages unless followed up with “STOP”.

5. Carriers & Delivery

Message delivery is subject to carriers, network conditions, phone settings, etc. Delays or failures are outside of our control.

6. Consent & Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm you own or have permission to use the phone number. You must be of legal age (18+ or majority in your jurisdiction).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. We’ll post changes and update the effective date. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance.
