If you opt in to SMS messaging, you agree to follow our SMS Terms & Conditions (see separate page). You agree not to misuse or spam.

You agree to pay for all services ordered according to our pricing schedule. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate Terms or for business reasons, providing you notice as required by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall SAVConnect be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA). Disputes will be resolved in courts in New Jersey unless otherwise agreed.
